Job Title: Presales Executive – Real Estate Location: [Hadapsar Pune] Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Team Lead Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, handling inquiries, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The Presales Executive acts as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships to convert prospects into successful sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities -Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries for real estate projects. -Qualify and nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns, online platforms, and referrals. -Provide accurate information about project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers. -Maintain CRM entries and ensure timely follow-ups with potential buyers. -Coordinate and schedule site visits, ensuring a seamless client experience. -Build strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences. -Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion. Requirements -Minimum 6 Months of experience in presales, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi). -Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines. -Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
