Role & responsibilities Provide expert legal advice on land acquisition, leasing, property transfer, and related documentation. Draft, review, and vet sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with all applicable land and property laws, including local municipal and revenue regulations. Represent - in civil litigation related to property disputes. Liaise with government departments for registration, approvals, land conversions, and compliance matters. Assist in resolving legal issues arising from land encroachments, boundary disputes, or tenancy matters. Advise the management or clients on legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Conduct title verification, due diligence, and background checks on property and land ownership. Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, property regulations, and legal best practices.
