Key Responsibilities Legal Advisory & Compliance Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters. Ensure compliance with RERA, property laws, company law, and other applicable regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and JV deals. Real Estate Transactions Conduct due diligence on land acquisitions, redevelopment projects, and property titles. Advise on project structuring, regulatory approvals, and builder-buyer agreements. Oversee registration processes and ensure statutory compliance. Corporate Governance & Risk Management Assist management in decision-making by identifying legal risks and mitigating strategies. Ensure all corporate filings, licenses, and documentation are updated and compliant. Handle shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and investor relations from a legal standpoint. Litigation & Dispute Resolution Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations. Liaise with external counsel when required and manage litigation strategy. Handle customer disputes, builder-buyer complaints, and regulatory notices effectively. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and external legal firms. Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams on compliance and risk awareness Qualifications and Skills Bachelors / Masters degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution. 510 years of experience, preferably in real estate and corporate law. Strong knowledge of RERA, Contract Act, Companies Act, and property-related laws. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
