The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role requires effective communication and a deep knowledge of the local real estate market. Qualifications Customer Service skills Possession of a valid Real Estate License Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate Experience in Sales within the real estate industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using real estate software and tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
