Property Maintenance Associate

**Job Description:** As a member of the engineering and facilities team at Four Points by Sheraton Nashik, your role will involve responding to and attending to guest repair requests. You will communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues and perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room equipment. Your responsibilities will include visually inspecting tools and equipment, carrying equipment, identifying and operating shut-off valves, maintaining maintenance inventory, and requisitioning parts and supplies as needed. You will also be responsible for communicating daily activities and problems to other shifts, displaying basic knowledge in various maintenance categories, performing surface preparation, painting, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond and attend to guest repair requests - Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues - Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room equipment - Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines - Carry equipment and identify and operate shut-off valves - Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies - Communicate daily activities and problems to other shifts - Display basic knowledge in maintenance categories - Perform surface preparation, painting, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks - Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on various equipment and components - Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties - Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing maintenance work - Perform repairs on landscaping and external landscaping sprinklers - Display basic computer skills for work-related tasks **Qualifications Required:** - High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent - Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting - Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus - Driver's License required (Note: Additional Information section omitted as it contains general company details not directly related to the job description.),
