Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable Property Field Executive to handle on-ground operations, including property inspections, tenant/vendor coordination, and timely reporting for residential properties primarily in North Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular on-site inspections of residential properties
• Coordinate with tenants, owners, and vendors for scheduled tasks
• Capture photos/videos and update reports accurately
• Support lock-in/lock-out procedures and inventory checks
• Ensure timely completion of field tasks assigned for the day
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during visits

Requirements

• Only male candidates may apply
• Must own a bike with a valid driving license
• Must be based in or near North Bangalore
• Minimum education: PUC / 12th pass
• Good communication skills and smartphone proficiency
• Graduate candidates are preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (freshers also welcome)
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Preference for candidates from North-East Bangalore

• ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month (based on experience)
