Conducting detailed property visits, facilitating negotiations between landlords and tenants, and preparing lease agreements and related documentation to ensure seamless transactions. Creating impactful marketing collaterals such as brochures, mailers, and online listings, while maintaining updated MIS, trackers, and reports to monitor leads, client visits, and closures effectively. Requirements: Bachelors degree with 24 years of experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Knowledge of residential leasing, negotiations, and property market dynamics. Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Ability to handle documentation, reporting, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Job description Supervise and manage Mall operations including property management, tenant management, customer service, contract services such as facility management, cleaning, security, maintenance etc. Ensure smooth day to day functioning of the Mall, facilitating good environment for retailers business activity and delightful customer experience. Identify key performance characteristics of each Retailer Category. Create and manage Data- base for the identified parameters.
