Job Description

The Property Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring real estate properties that align with the organizations investment strategy and goals. The role requires extensive market research, due diligence, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, property owners, brokers, and legal professionals to ensure smooth transactions. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties for acquisition in targeted regions or sectors. Analyze market trends, property values, and investment potential to recommend suitable acquisitions. Property Identification: Source off-market and on-market properties through networking, brokers, property listings, and other sources. Evaluate properties financials, location, condition, and future growth potential. Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with property owners, brokers, and legal representatives to secure the best terms. Prepare, review, and recommend offers, contracts, and terms of sale. Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Oversee due diligence process, including property inspections, title searches, and environmental assessments. Assess risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them before finalizing acquisitions. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the finance, legal, and development teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining potential acquisitions and their investment potential.
