Leave Encashment, Bonus, Appraisals, Gratuity: · Administer and manage leave encashment, bonus disbursement, and appraisal processes.· Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.· Manage the gratuity process in accordance with statutory requirements. Factory Related Activities - Legal Compliance: · Stay updated on labor laws and regulations related to factory operations.· Implement and monitor legal compliance in all HR activities.· Work closely with legal counsel to address any compliance issues.· Stay updated on contractual and Consultant manpower compliances. Employee Engagement: · Develop and implement employee engagement programs specifically tailored for factory staff.· Foster a positive work environment and encourage open communication. Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on factory operations.· In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and legal compliance in a manufacturing setting.
