Role Overview: As a Manager/Associate Manager in HR Operations - Compensation at SS&C, you will be responsible for managing compensation, bonuses, and increments for employees based on recommendations from senior leadership. You will play a key role in the performance appraisal and promotion process, as well as assist in the yearly increments, bonus, and ESOPs cycle at a global level from India. Your support to business heads in decision-making by providing data on compensations such as salaries, bonuses, appraisals, and promotions will be crucial. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating insightful reports and executive summary presentations on recruitment, headcounts, attrition, and other talent analytics. Engaging with senior leadership to address inquiries and foster problem resolution will also be part of your responsibilities.
