As an Engagement Lead / Manager for CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) at Straive, you will play a pivotal role in anchoring analytics engagements within the CPG domain. Your responsibilities will encompass owning client relationships, developing solution strategies, overseeing program delivery, and nurturing analytics accounts with a primary emphasis on commercial analytics such as Trade Promotion Analysis, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Pricing Optimization, and Promotion Effectiveness. In this leadership position, you will act as a trusted advisor to global CPG clients, leveraging data-driven insights to address complex business challenges and drive value across sales, marketing, and supply chain functions. Your role will involve leading diverse teams comprising data science, engineering, and consulting professionals to deliver scalable AI-led solutions that enhance trade spend efficiency, pricing strategies, and revenue growth drivers. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who can spearhead Straive's growth trajectory in CPG analytics by formulating client AI strategies, delivering innovative solutions, and expanding key client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning a high-visibility growth charter in an innovation-centric environment. - Architecting AI-driven, forward-looking CPG solutions. - Collaborating with global executives to tackle industry complexities. - Thriving in a dynamic, high-autonomy culture that values innovation and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Providing strategic guidance to CPG clients by aligning advanced analytics and AI solutions with evolving business priorities related to Trade Promotion Effectiveness, Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Optimization, and Promotion Analysis. - Leading the end-to-end execution of AI and analytics initiatives, including forecasting, trade optimization, retail execution, and personalization. - Identifying growth opportunities and driving account expansion through innovative solutions, proof of concepts (PoCs), and strategic initiatives. - Mentoring cross-functional teams spanning AI, data engineering, and industry domain specialists. - Driving client adoption through compelling narratives, insight-driven advisory, and change management. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in advanced analytics, consulting, or digital transformation within the CPG sector. - Profound domain expertise in CPG commercial analytics, particularly in Trade Promotion Analysis, Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, and Promotion Effectiveness. - Extensive knowledge across CPG functions such as sales operations, trade marketing, supply chain, and shopper insights. - Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI/analytics solutions. - Demonstrated success in leading large, multi-stakeholder programs with C-level impact. - Proficiency in modern data stacks, visualization tools, and AI/ML frameworks is highly desirable.,
