As a Video Anchor, you will be responsible for presenting news, entertainment, or informational content in a compelling and professional manner, both on-camera and behind-the-scenes. Your key responsibilities will include hosting and presenting news, interviews, or scripted content clearly and confidently. Engaging with the audience by maintaining eye contact, using expressive gestures, and modulating your voice for effective communication. Handling live reporting with professionalism, including breaking news and unexpected events. Interviewing guests by asking relevant questions and facilitating engaging discussions. Delivering scripted content naturally while following the teleprompter. Additionally, you will be involved in pre-broadcast and research duties such as studying topics, scripts, and news stories for accuracy, contributing to scriptwriting and editing, and collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth delivery. You should be adaptable to last-minute changes, maintain journalistic integrity, and follow ethical guidelines. You will also engage with social and digital media platforms by promoting content, sharing updates, and hosting webinars or podcasts. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 6 working days and traveling. The preferred candidate should be female, smart, presentable, with excellent communication skills.
