Promoter (sales)

As a Lead Sales Promoter at E-O-D Adventure Park, you will play a key role in promoting and selling annual passes to park visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales team, engage with guests to understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of the annual pass. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with guests will be crucial in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the park. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring Sales Assistants to enhance team performance. The successful candidate for this position will have a graduation in any discipline, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to engage with guests and promote products. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred. As Sales Assistants at E-O-D Adventure Park, you will support the Lead Sales Promoter in engaging with guests to promote annual passes. Your responsibilities will include providing information about the park's offerings, answering visitor inquiries, and assisting in the sales process to help achieve team sales targets. The ideal candidates for these positions will have completed 12th standard (Higher Secondary), possess good communication skills, and have an enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude. Prior experience in sales or promotions is a plus. Both positions offer competitive base salaries as well as performance-based incentives to reward successful sales of annual passes.
