As a Full-stack Developer at Visit Health, you will play a crucial role in spearheading development across Mobile, Web, and Backend platforms. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience by designing and implementing new features and functionalities in our product. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality code using React and NodeJS. Balancing speed and quality, you will push code that enhances the performance and user experience of our product. Your day-to-day tasks will include spec-ing, building, testing, and delivering new features, as well as optimizing NodeJS/SQL code to ensure scalability. You will also have the opportunity to review code, provide feedback, and collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance our Consumer and Enterprise Products. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Javascript, NodeJS, and React. Your ability to identify coding anti-patterns, work with Async/Await/Promises/Callbacks, and grasp complex problems will be essential. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) in NodeJS and a keen eye for design detail are also important. Your sense of ownership, integrity, and clear communication will be key as you collaborate with the team to solve user journey problems, document development phases, and monitor systems to ensure optimal performance.
