We are looking for a Lead Generation & Prospect Data Specialist who can consistently build, enrich, and maintain lists that fuel our call center and sales teams. Role Overview As a Lead Generation & Prospect Data Specialist, you will: Source new prospect data for specific geographies and industries. Use enrichment tools and workflows to append owner/decision-maker details. Apply filters to exclude bad leads, duplicates, or irrelevant businesses. Maintain organized datasets to ensure sales teams always have clean, accurate lists. Continuously improve processes for efficiency, accuracy, and coverage. Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation or list building for B2B sales. Strong familiarity with prospecting tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless.AI, Apify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). Ability to run scraping and enrichment workflows using multiple tools. Detail-oriented with strong data validation and quality-checking skills. Excellent written English communication. Compensation Full-time position at ₹48,000 – ₹87,500 INR per month, depending on experience and skill level. Performance-based incentives may be added.
