Job Title: Interior Designer Location: Bangalore Department: Design & Project About Introspace Introspace is a forward-thinking interior design firm specialising in creating modern, functional, and aesthetic spaces. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualise and develop innovative interior design solutions aligned with client requirements and brand identity.Prepare mood boards, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and colour palettes to meet design intent and budget. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.Conduct site visits to oversee implementation, coordinate with contractors, and resolve design-related issues. Stay updated with design trends, sustainable practices, and new materials in the market. Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback for refinements.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, or related field.2–3 years of professional experience in interior design (commercial / residential / corporate projects).Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.Strong creative thinking, space planning, and detailing skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Knowledge of project execution, materials, and vendor management is an added advantage. Must have own system and relevant software.Preferably female candidates. Does not need to apply who is an architecture background.
