The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable and efficient backend systems and possess a passion for solving complex problems. The developer will be responsible for back-end web development tasks related to 3D spatial technology, including CAD and GIS, data modeling, processing, workflow orchestration, scheduling, stream-processing etc.. They will use their skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to contribute to software development projects. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs. Create and optimize database schemas, manage data models, and handle data processing tasks. Integrate with PostgreSQL and PostGIS for spatial and non-spatial data management. Implement asynchronous task processing and workflow orchestration. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of backend systems. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems. Requirements: Strong proficiency in either of Python/FastAPI or Nodejs/ExpressJS.
