Experience in a technical leadership role for major roads, streets, NMU (non-motorized user) infrastructure, and community development projects based on international codes and practices. Ability to understand, explain, present, and resolve complex technical problems for both technical and non-technical audiences. In-depth knowledge of road and highway design manuals such as AASHTO, DMRB, TSRGD; familiarity with Trafikverkets VGU, Swedish TRAST, and Nordics countries public space design standards is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, originality, cultural awareness, and an open-minded, conscientious approach. Highly self-motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision. Expert-level knowledge of Civil 3D, including Naviate and its SAC components. Working knowledge of Novapoint, Navisworks, ProjectWise, and BIM collaboration tools is preferred. Qualifications Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in infrastructure projects, with a focus on detailed design of highways and roads. Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D. Experience working in multicultural environments or with international teams.
