As a skilled IT professional, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to network infrastructure, device maintenance, technical support, and system monitoring. Your primary duties will include: - Configuring and monitoring the firewall (Sonic-wall) for DHCP IP assignment and ensuring internet connectivity without a license. - Maintaining and troubleshooting LAN network, including documentation management. - Providing maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, projectors, local printers, and rental Xerox machines. - Offering technical support to regional marketing staff through remote control tools. - Monitoring and maintaining physical servers, managing active directory user delegation, file sharing, and backups while keeping detailed documentation. - Managing cloud c-panel email servers, creating email IDs, and configuring/troubleshooting MS Outlook with proper documentation. - Performing daily backups (Auto backup) of tally data, managing vendor permissions, and creating new vendors as required. - Creating biometric IDs for employees following the defined process. - Maintaining and monitoring CCTV systems for computers and mobile devices according to established procedures. - Coordinating with vendors for updates and modifications to CMR marketing software. - Troubleshooting EPABX issues in collaboration with the maintenance team and maintaining accurate documentation. - Monitoring cloud Azure servers, creating user profiles for new employees, managing auto-backup processes, and restoring data when necessary, with detailed documentation. - Managing new mobile connections and issues by coordinating with the Airtel relationship manager and maintaining proper records. - Ensuring the maintenance of the server room A/C system to minimize downtime. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
