Job Title: Finance & Operations Analyst Location: Mumbai (On-site preferred) Company: DroneStark Technologies Type: Full-Time | Experience: 2–4 years About the Role: We seek a detail-oriented Finance & Operations Analyst to manage our financial records, monitor real-time project expenses, manage time-linked costing, and transform data into actionable business insights. This role intersects finance, operations, and strategy , making it ideal for individuals who thrive in cross-functional environments and possess proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel . Responsibilities: Maintain comprehensive financial records (journals, ledgers, balance sheets) Manage depreciation, asset tracking, and inventory valuation Create cost breakdowns for projects, phases, or teams Link employee timesheets to project costs and monitor performance metrics Provide timely operational and financial insights, addressing queries such as: * Project assignments and duration * Time allocation between creation and maintenance * Recurring challenges impacting execution * Financial projections and reports for leadership 6. Regularly maintain and update Tally ERP records 7.
