RESPONSIBILITIES Create detailed project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines and resources. Understand project specifications and develop time schedules and budgets to meet them. Determine the resources labour, material and equipment required and ensure optimal use to minimise cost and delays. Monitor and track project progress against the established schedule and identify deviations. Track project expenditures and ensure that costs remain within the allocated budget. Provide monthly planning reports and weekly updates highlighting progress, upcoming milestones and any issues or delays. Assess potential risks that could impact the projects timeline, budget or quality. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. Ensure project activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations. REQUIREMENTS A civil engineer with 4 to 7 years of planning and scheduling experience in EPC projects. An expert user of planning and scheduling software, ideally MS-Project. Ability to analyse comprehensive project data and make informed decisions. Ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams. Possess excellent communication; report writing and presentation skills. Ability to integrate project control procedures into the project delivery process. Ensure accuracy in planning documents and schedules. Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Sub-Contractors and other stakeholders involved in the execution of project.
