Job description Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Tech Project Manager to lead and oversee the technical deployment processes for our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the app development lifecycle, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring deployment timelines are met, preparing environments for development, testing, and production, and ensuring the app's readiness for launch. Support post-launch monitoring and help resolve any issues that arise in the live environment. Identify project risks early and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies. Evaluate and improve development and deployment workflows to boost team efficiency and collaboration. Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the team follows Agile principles and that backlog grooming and delivery schedules are maintained. Required Skills & Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Purpose & Scope of Position The Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of the development and implementation of large, multifaceted projects and takes projects from original concept through to final implementation under general direction of either a Program Manager or in some cases a Project Director. Senior Project Manager leads and directs high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. She/He is responsible for taking the projects from original concept through final implementation. Ensures that all team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively, and provides the team with constructive feedback as it pertains to project performance. 6. Evaluates and ensures for sponsor/client satisfaction at project completion. 7.
