This project focuses on the Integrative and Functional Analysis of Aqueous Humor-Derived Exosomes on Primary Glaucoma, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to molecular biology and exosome-based glaucoma research in a translational and clinical setting. **Role Overview:** As a Project Technical Support III, your role will involve supporting research activities related to exosome biology and glaucoma. You will work in a dynamic translational research team at the Stem Cell Department, Dr. Shroffs Charity Eye Hospital. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proficiency in cell culture and molecular biology techniques such as RNA/DNA isolation, RT-PCR, and Western blotting - Familiarity with scientific writing and grant drafting - Experience with cloning and transfection techniques - Exposure to sample collection in a hospital or clinical environment - Strong motivation to contribute to translational eye research **Qualifications Required:** - Three-year Graduation in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or Life Sciences + Three years of relevant experience OR - Postgraduate (M.Sc./M.Tech. or equivalent) in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or Life Sciences - GATE/NET-qualified candidates will be preferred **Additional Details:** Candidates with their own fellowship (ICMR/CSIR/UGC/DBT, etc.) are encouraged to apply and can also register for a PhD through this project.
