Project Support Officers

As a Project Support Officer at OASYS Group, your role involves working on specific projects assigned by the company, ranging from Consultancy/Support services to Govt agencies, Private and Public sector, and local authorities. You will typically work between 9am and 5pm, with the possibility of extra evening and weekend work, especially during project deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Work on specific projects assigned by OASYS Group - Collaborate with various stakeholders in the project - Ensure project deadlines are met and projects are delivered successfully - Provide administrative support to the project team - Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree - Fluent in Local/English Language - Experience in Self Help Groups (SHG) and Co-operative bank would be preferable As a Project Support Officer, you will receive on-the-job training under the supervision of your Zone Manager or the Country Head. You may also have the opportunity to participate in in-house training sessions to enhance your skills. As you gain more experience in project support, you may choose to advance your career as a programme support officer, working on multiple projects simultaneously, or transition into project management. Some project support officers opt to work on a freelance basis, utilizing their administrative expertise to assist clients with tight deadlines across various projects.,
