Responsiblefor the safety, production, and quality of mass earthmoving operationsinvolving Excavator s, Dumpers, Dozers and other support equipment. Complete and submit various paperwork related to safety, equipment, daily costs etc. Process,verify and approve personnel time cards. Coordination and cooperation with other onsite operations is necessary. Ensures that safety, compliance, and environmental requirements are followed at all times. Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operation areas at all times. Ensures that safety, compliance, and environmental requirements are followed at all times. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Reliable attendance. Grade checking capabilities. Familiarity with mass earth moving best practices and principles. Must be able to work independently and within a team. Must be able to work in a safety-conscious manner. Must be willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, and other unusual elements, such as loud noise, dirt, dust, fumes, etc. Capable of personnel management and accountability. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, overtime and weekends as required.
