Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential real estate projects efficiently and effectively. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and in-house teams to ensure timely and quality completion. Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, resources allocation and resolve any on-site issues. Liaise with government departments and local authorities for permits, approvals, and inspections.
