Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to oversee the execution of complex hi-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies, particularly Aluminum Formwork. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Lead and motivate a diverse team of engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders. Enforce strict quality control standards and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications. Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and rectify any issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants. Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction. Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage financial performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation. Assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans. Monitor potential risks and take timely action to minimize their impact. Prioritize safety on the construction site and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 12 to 15 years of experience in hi-rise construction projects, preferably with Aluminum Formwork. Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex construction projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
