Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience in an NPD, operations, or project management role within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG sector. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet is advantageous. • Exceptional coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal communication for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management. • Familiarity with product development processes, documentation (BOMs, INCI lists, etc.), and regulatory checklists is a plus.
