Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across multiple sectors.
Engage with customers to understand unique requirements and propose tailored solutions using Transafes fabrication resources.
Act as a bridge between customers and the technical team to translate concepts into deliverable projects.
Drive innovative marketing and sales initiatives to expand Transafes project portfolio.
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and after-sales support.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate - Btech in Mechanical.
2-4 years of experience in
B2B sales/marketing
(experience in industrial products, fabrication, or project-based solutions preferred).
Strong ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into innovative, practical solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions.
