Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in on-board electronic system design in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and supportive teammates.You'll play a key role in delivering system designs approved by the customer and aligned with project schedules. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Project Core Team, Rolling Stock Engineering Team, and Product/System Development Teams), ensure the consistency of external interfaces with the system, and much more.You'll specifically take care of developing system architecture, defining and allocating requirements, and assessing interfaces, but also coordinating verification and validation activities and supporting project deployment tasks.We'll look to you for:
- Providing design specifications and validation monitoring solutions until customer acceptance
- Minimizing system deployment costs, lead times, and risks by design
- Supervising and participating in system deliveries (requirements management, architecture definition, detailed design, etc.)
- Organizing and leading design reviews
- Defining and contributing to the functional validation phase of the system
- Ensuring compliance with quality processes in all domain/metier activities
- Supporting the Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) in ensuring transparency of project engineering work package performance
- Managing technical interfaces with suppliers and ensuring proper integration of supplier solutions
All About You

- Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in on-board electronic system design, even in domains outside of railways (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Experience in QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and team management (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of network and telecom solutions
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards
- A strong ability to manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
