Project Research Scientist - I (Non-Medical)

The position of Project Research Scientist - I (Non-Medical) is available at Amity Institute of Biotechnology (AIB) in Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida. The project focuses on developing a therapeutic strategy to address drug-resistant triple negative breast cancer by utilizing a targeted approach for co-delivery of siRNA and chemotherapeutic drug. This opportunity is sponsored by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and is for a duration of 3 years. Selected candidates for this position will receive a monthly compensation of Rs. 56,000/- along with 30% HRA, totaling Rs. 72,800/- per month. To be eligible for this role, candidates should possess a 1st class Postgraduate degree in Biological sciences, Microbiology, or Biotechnology. Alternatively, candidates with a 1st class Engineering degree (B.Tech) or a second class Postgraduate Degree with a Ph.D. are also eligible to apply. Candidates with additional qualifications such as valid NET/GATE certifications and experience in animal tissue culture technique or in-vivo (mice) model studies will be given preference.
