Project Progress Executive

As a Project Progress Executive (Civil) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to track and report the progress of construction projects from our office. You will need to have a good understanding of civil site activities and effectively coordinate with site engineers and management to ensure timely reporting and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily progress updates from multiple project sites - Communicate with site engineers/supervisors for work status - Prepare basic reports, progress trackers, and documentation - Coordinate material requirements and follow up with purchase/supply teams - Flag delays, issues, or inconsistencies to management - Maintain records of site photos, work completed, and pending work - Ensure timely submission of site reports to the management Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) - Basic understanding of construction processes and site activities - Good communication skills (written and verbal) - Proficient in MS Excel / Word / Email - Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply In this office-based role, you will be coordinating with multiple project sites to ensure smooth progress and timely reporting.
