Project Progress Executive

As a Project Progress Executive (Civil) at our company in Namakkal, your primary responsibility will be to track and report the progress of construction projects. You will be required to monitor daily progress updates from multiple project sites, communicate effectively with site engineers/supervisors, and prepare reports and documentation. Additionally, you will coordinate material requirements, flag any delays or issues, and maintain records of site activities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily progress updates from multiple project sites - Communicate with site engineers/supervisors for work status - Prepare basic reports, progress trackers, and documentation - Coordinate material requirements and follow up with purchase/supply teams - Flag delays, issues, or inconsistencies to management - Maintain records of site photos, work completed, and pending work - Ensure timely submission of site reports to the management Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) - Basic understanding of construction processes and site activities - Good communication skills (written and verbal) - Proficient in MS Excel / Word / Email This is an office-based role that involves coordination with multiple project sites. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in civil engineering are encouraged to apply. Please note that only candidates with a Civil background will be considered for this position.
