Role Overview: As a Project Program Management Advisor - DWS at NTT DATA, you will be joining our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India. You will play a crucial role in managing Workplace Transformation projects, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, providing governance on ongoing transformation initiatives, and actively resolving any issues in transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Track all commitments in coordination with the Say2Do lead on workplace transformation as committed in the contract/solution. - Ensure compliance to deployment timelines based on contractual commitments and/or Solution. - Establish proper governance on behalf of DWS for ongoing transformation initiatives in coordination with Product development and Automation team. - Provide governance and oversight for all ongoing transformations, ensuring compliance with agreed deliverables/MVP. - Assist the product & automation team in resolving any issues in transformation, actively participating with operations and customers. Qualifications Required: - Highly experienced program manager with hands-on experience in managing Workplace Transformation projects.
