Relevant training and/or certifications as an Assistant Project Manager.

Coordinate with RISL, govt. departments for smooth project execution. Support implementation, monitoring. Ensure timely reporting and documentation. Handle onboarding and issue resolution. Maintain compliance with project SLAs and guidelines.

Study the project documents (Tender Copy, Offer Copy, Design estimation Sheets, Quote Working Sheets, Quote request form, Commercial approval request and Purchase order/Work order/LOI) in totality for issuing the job number Find out the discrepancy in project document and resolve the same by coordinate with all concern departments. Keep a track of required approvals (e.g. Colors for sheeting & structural paint, drawings,) from client Prepare complete project schedule for project monitoring Co-ordinate with engineering for timely shop release as mention in monthly plan Keep a track on credit clearance (L.C., due payments) for releasing the project to shop floor & providing dispatch clearances. Support to sales team in monthly collection plan by Tracking of payment outstanding and milestone billing Provide the inputs for project priority during shop floor releases, production planning procurement planning and shipment of finish goods Co-ordinate with engineering to get the detailed material estimation and track the actual release tonnages with respect to the quoted tonnages. Keep a track on actual dispatches and project closing, highlight the issue if any for timely resolution.

To assist the Project Manager in ensuring successful monitoring, tracking and completion of all activities associated with a particular software lifecycle phase by guiding the assigned teamPrincipal Accountabilities: Lead project development, production support or maintenance activities, as assigned Ensure timesheets and invoicing processes are completed on or before the deadline Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated Create functional and technical specification documents Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs Ensure that all in the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in a more economic manner Assist Project Manager in Risk Management and participate in quality reviews and implement quality norms Lead and ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines Draft initial charter and project plan and create and review functional and technical specification documents Monitor, track and analyse project control metrics Review and consolidate status reports for assigned activity or phase and lead and perform all activities related to maintaining successful knowledge management including re usage, accuracy and efficiency Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.
