Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Site Project Manager with deep execution experience in high-quality interior projectspreferably in the hospitality sector . The candidate must have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles: from site mobilization to final handover. You will be responsible for quality, timelines, safety, subcontractor coordination, and client interface at the site level. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership: Manage full-cycle execution of interior fit-out projects, including site readiness, progress monitoring, milestone tracking, and handover. Site Coordination: Daily supervision of all site works across civil, MEP, and interior finishes. Ensure adherence to drawings, quality standards, and execution timelines. BOQ & Scope Control: Deep understanding of BOQs, specifications, and scope items to monitor consumption, raise deviations, and control costs. Subcontractor Management: Engage, schedule, and supervise subcontractors. Ensure output quality, productivity, and timely completion of packages. Client & Consultant Liaison: Act as the site-level face for clients, consultants, and architects. Manage reviews, approvals, issue logs, and daily/weekly updates. Material & Logistics Coordination: Track material movement, verify delivery against indent and BOQ, and ensure site readiness for installation. QA/QC & Safety: Enforce quality and safety protocols as per project plan. Ensure compliance with documentation standards and EHS norms. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site reports, material consumption logs, snag lists, RA billing inputs, and handover checklists. Candidate Profile Experience: 12 years in interior project execution, with at least 5 years in hospitality interiors (hotels, resorts, clubhouses, etc.). Background: Must come from an interior contracting firm background Knowledge: Strong command over BOQ interpretation , sequencing, project phasing, and interior finishes. Communication: Fluent in English , both verbal and written. Strong documentation, email, follow up and client-handling ability. Leadership: Capable of managing site engineers, supervisors, and multiple subcontractor teams. Proactive problem-solver under pressure.
