Job Title: Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager (Execution) - High-Rise Building Construction Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Project Manager (Execution) to join our team for a high-rise building construction project in Bangalore. The successful candidate will assist in the execution phase of the project, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. This role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Planning and scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Project Execution Oversight : Assist in overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring that construction activities are carried out according to project plans, timelines, and specifications. Coordination and Communication : Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets. Quality and Safety Compliance : Ensure that all construction activities comply with quality standards and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections to assess compliance. Budget and Resource Management : Assist in managing project budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource utilization. Stakeholder Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Leadership and Team Management : Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Requirements: Education : Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience : 6-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-rise building projects, commercial, residential, hotels, etc. Skills : Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
