Job Summary

As a Project Manager, your core responsibility is to ensure the successful delivery of projects within stipulated timelines, budget constraints, and with the highest level of quality. You serve as an inspirational leader for teams, promote collaboration, and adeptly navigate changes to fulfill Vialto's objectives. Your dedication to surpassing stakeholder expectations drives growth and fosters innovation within the organization.

• Subject Matter Expertise in immigration
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, create a detailed project plan with timelines, tasks, and resource requirements,
• Develop a budget, and allocate resources while also identifying and managing project risks.
• Assemble skilled teams, assign roles, provide guidance, and foster collaboration for productivity
• Ensure plan adherence, adjust progress, manage changes, and oversee daily project activities
• Set, enforce, and test project quality standards
• Identify, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and proactively address project risks as they arise
• Allocate resources efficiently, resolve conflicts, and provide necessary tools and support to team members as per the project plan.
• Develop, monitor, and manage the project budget, ensuring expenses are within constraints and tracking approvals and spending
• Identify project stakeholders, understand their needs, and engage with them to address concerns and manage expectations
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and up-to-date, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
• Ensure deliverable acceptance, evaluate project performance, and close out with stakeholder sign-off
• Act as the central point of contact, ensuring effective communication and regular project meetings
