Vacancy for Project Manager Design & Planning Counsel (DPC), Ahmedabad

Role:

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Ahmedabad office. The role involves managing Urban Planning & Urban Design projects across their lifecycle. Defining timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, as well as maintaining client and consultant relationships. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across India.

Responsibilities:

Prepare project briefs, delivery schedules, and budget estimates at various stages of the project.

Finalize and onboard consultants, experts, and advisors for the project.

Represent DPC at various forums, client groups, and stakeholder meetings; organize meetings as required and prepare notes and minutes of meetings.

Coordinate with the design team, consultants, and contractors to streamline data and information workflows, improve project outcomes, and ensure timely delivery.

Lead and manage project schedules and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain project communication, draft letters, emails, MoMs, project notes, etc.

Conduct periodic site visits to ensure adherence to design intent, resolve project issues, and coordinate with client.

Support the Business Development team with contracts and proposals; help identify new opportunities with existing clients.
