The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and tracking while working closely with senior management and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for smooth project execution. Identify project dependencies and critical paths, ensuring timely risk mitigation. Support in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource planning. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met. Track and report on project performance, schedules, tasks, efforts, and costs with leads, developers, and stakeholders. Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and presentations for status meetings. Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements for better planning and execution. Shadow senior Project Managers in client and stakeholder meetings to gain real-world insights. Gain exposure to automation, banking workflows, and digital transformation projects. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under deadlines. Interest in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus. Immediate availability is required.
