Job Description: Project Manager Required Skill Competencies At least 5 years of relevant work experience in consulting/execution of medium to large scale Central/State Government/Multilateral financing institutions/Large Scale projects related to transportation, road engineering, road safety audit or other aspects of road safety. Education Criteria B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering & M.E./M.Tech in Transportation Engineering or equivalent. Role & Responsibilities Developing a range of strategies, schemes, and projects related to road safety, Accident and fatality reduction, Road engineering strategies for the prevention of black spots and vulnerable stretches. Develop strategies to enhance adherence to road safety measures, including safety gear usage, lane discipline, VRU safety, and enforcement of compliance with traffic laws. Analyse road safety data from relevant agencies or IT portals to identify trends and insights. Develop data-driven strategies to enhance safety outcomes and reduce accidents. Establish and implement a framework for monitoring and evaluating road safety programs. Support the development and delivery of capacity-building initiatives for Government officials and other stakeholders. Conduct periodic evaluations of road safety programs, maintain a progress-tracking dashboard, and provide regular performance updates. Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement.
