Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects from initiation through closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget. Manage multiple concurrent projects while aligning with overall business objectives. Serve as the primary liaison for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Track project progress and proactively identify and address risks and issues. Conduct regular status meetings with both internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment. Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates. Facilitate project closure and ensure a smooth transition to support and operations teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of multiple projects. Strong client engagement and relationship management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. Key Skills: Effective leadership and team management capabilities. Proficient in preparing and delivering customer-facing presentations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adaptable to dynamic environments. Prior experience in managing IT-related projects is highly desirable. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud, GCP) is a significant advantage. Experience with IBM Maximo projects is a strong plus.
