Job Summary

VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager P0 to support the successful execution of various projects. This role will involve assisting in all phases of the project lifecycle, from preparation to close-out, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.Job Responsibilities

Assist in the development and documentation of project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Support the coordination of project activities and resources, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
Contribute to the implementation of project controls, monitoring progress against established baselines.
Participate in project reviews, documenting outcomes, and tracking action items.
Support project team coordination, facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Help manage project scope, identifying and documenting any changes or deviations.
Contribute to the assessment and reporting of project performance.
Learn and apply best practices in operational project management.
Support the Project Development and Project Handling processes.

Job Qualifications

Proven foundational knowledge in Project Management principles and methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to assist with Project Controls and Project Preparation.
Familiarity with Project Scope Management concepts.
Basic understanding of Project Performance Management.
Aptitude for Project Team Coordination and effective communication.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in Operational Project Management, Project Development, Project Handling, and Project Reviews.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
