As a Project Manager or Scrum Master at NTT DATA in Pune, Mahrshtra, India, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for Agentforce development teams. Your role will require coordinating cross-functional collaboration between developers, architects, and stakeholders to align on goals and timelines. You will track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce DevOps Center. Ensuring timely execution of sprint deliverables while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Facilitating stakeholder demos and feedback sessions to validate Agentforce capabilities and drive adoption will also be part of your role. You will champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the Agentforce program.
