Project Manager - Networking & CCTV

As an experienced Project Manager specializing in Networking & CCTV Systems, your role will involve leading and managing end-to-end ELV projects, including but not limited to Networking, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems. You will be responsible for guiding site supervisors, managing teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage ELV projects (Networking, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.) from initiation to completion. - Guide and supervise site supervisors and technical teams in day-to-day execution. - Assess project requirements and plan team sizing, resource allocation, and timelines. - Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards. - Provide technical support, adopt new technologies, and ensure implementation across projects. - Review project drawings, layouts, and designs (AutoCAD knowledge preferred). - Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings to track progress and resolve issues. - Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and knowledge. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for seamless project execution. - Ensure compliance with safety and company standards at all project sites. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Engineering (EEE/ECE preferred) / BEEE. - Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management of Networking & CCTV/ELV systems. - AutoCAD knowledge preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across India. In addition to the above, you should be ready to travel to project locations anywhere in India and possess hands-on knowledge of ELV systems, Networking, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems. Your strong organizational and people management skills will be essential in successfully carrying out your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at various project locations.,
