Project Manager Networking & CCTV

As a Project Manager specializing in Networking & CCTV Systems, your role will involve leading and managing end-to-end ELV projects encompassing Networking, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and related systems. You will be responsible for guiding site supervisors, overseeing project execution, managing teams, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage ELV projects including Networking, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems from initiation to completion. - Guide and supervise site supervisors and technical teams in their day-to-day activities. - Assess project requirements, plan team sizing, allocate resources, and establish timelines. - Ensure project delivery within specified schedule, budget, and quality parameters. - Offer technical support, incorporate new technologies, and ensure their implementation across projects. - Review project drawings, layouts, and designs, with a preference for proficiency in AutoCAD. - Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings to monitor progress and address any issues. - Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution. - Uphold compliance with safety and company standards at all project sites. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Engineering (EEE/ECE preferred) / BEEE. - Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management of Networking & CCTV/ELV systems. - Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous. - Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently. - Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across India. In addition to the above requirements, you should be prepared to travel to project locations nationwide and possess hands-on knowledge of ELV systems, Networking, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems. Your organizational and people management skills will be crucial for the successful execution of projects.
