Looking for a Project Management professional who understands industrial projects beyond timelines and reports!

We are hiring a PMO / Project Manager with strong experience in industrial project execution, stakeholder management and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, scope, milestones and overall delivery.
• Coordinate with business teams, departments and senior stakeholders.
• Lead client discussions, steering committee meetings and project reviews.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
• Understand client business processes and map them with ERP capabilities.
• Drive end-to-end ERP transformation projects involving SAP / Microsoft Dynamics.
• Coordinate multiple project tracks and ensure smooth execution.
• Share daily/weekly project updates, dashboards and reports with senior management.
• Present industry best practices and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Mandatory experience in Industrial EPC projects serving private-sector manufacturing companies.
• Manufacturing industry exposure is a must.
• Experience in industries such as Steel, Sugar, Glass, Cement, Bulk Chemicals, etc.
• Candidates should have started their careers in core engineering execution roles such as Civil, Mechanical, Erection or Commissioning before moving into project management.
• Strong understanding of project execution, milestone tracking, risk management and governance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related) or MBA with relevant project management experience.

Important Requirements

• Stable career history with meaningful tenure in previous organisations.
• Preferably not more than 3 employers throughout the career, with valid reasons for changes.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across India, depending on business requirements.
• Comfortable working in a consulting environment and handling industry-related project pressure.

Not Suitable For

• Candidates with only pure planning or execution-only experience.
• Profiles focused mainly on vendor or resource management.
• Candidates from Government, Roads, Railways, Real Estate or general Infrastructure projects.
• Candidates not comfortable with extensive travel.
