About Bakebook Bakery

Bakebook Bakery is a growing neighbourhood bakery and coffee brand built around great products, hospitality and community. We are on a journey to build a scalable, multi-location business while constantly experimenting with new products, concepts and ways of doing things.

We are looking for a highly organised and execution-driven Project Manager who can work directly with the founder and take ownership of important business projects from start to finish.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects across different functions of the business. From launching new products and setting up new outlets to improving internal processes and implementing technology, you will ensure that ideas translate into measurable outcomes.

This role requires someone who takes ownership, follows through and gets things done without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute business projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants and external partners.
• Develop project timelines, track milestones and ensure timely execution.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in new outlet launches, expansion projects and new brand launches.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, menu launches and business initiatives.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation and regular progress reports.
• Identify potential delays and proactively resolve execution challenges.
• Work directly with the founder on high-priority business initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, project management tools and presentations.
• Someone who is proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

We are looking for a highly organised and execution-driven Project Manager who can work directly with the founder and take ownership of important business projects from start to finish.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
