Khatau Buildcon is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Building Division to lead and manage our building construction projects.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and proven experience in executing residential and high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilitie

* Lead and manage end-to-end execution of building construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets and quality standard

s.* Develop project schedules, execution strategies, and resource plannin

g.* Oversee site operations, subcontractors, labour, and material procuremen

t.* Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulation

s.* Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, billing, and cash flo

w.* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal team

s.* Identify and resolve technical, operational, and execution challenge

s.* Ensure compliance with project milestones and contractual obligation

s.* Lead, mentor, and manage project teams to achieve operational excellence

Candidate Profil

* Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in building construction, preferably residential and high-rise project

s.* Strong track record of independently managing large-scale construction project

s.* Excellent knowledge of construction planning, execution, QA/QC, safety, billing, and project managemen

t.* Strong leadership, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skill

s.* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within stipulated timelines
