Job Description

As an experienced candidate with 6-8 years of managing interior fit-out works for commercial projects, you will be responsible for various key tasks and interactions. Your role will involve: - Managing multiple clients and project types simultaneously - Developing and maintaining client relationships and team communication for successful project delivery - Understanding BOQ and customer requirements to prepare proposals and project schedules in response to RFPs and other opportunities - Managing projects within the established scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded - Directly participating in all phases of design, including full construction documentation and coordination - Leading and facilitating the resolution of interface issues within stakeholders - Appointing Contractors as per project requirements - Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety measures at the site - Verifying the technical aspects of quotes received from vendors - Coordinating between clients, site, sub-contractors, and suppliers - Conducting client and team meetings throughout projects and effectively communicating expectations and next steps - Ensuring alignment of the team to a common goal through percolation of plans to the field level - Reviewing the baseline, overall schedule, and monitoring progress against the plan - Identifying key resource requirements and managing risks effectively - Demonstrating a broad understanding of technologies, technicalities, and tools used - Guiding team members and ensuring progress and completion of milestones - Negotiating prices with subcontractors and suppliers - Checking invoices from sub-contractors based on work done at the site - Planning and organizing resources in advance for the assigned site by preparing a daily labor schedule - Ensuring quality control of work done at the site - Enforcing rules, regulations, and procedures at the site - Executing all interior work as per design and specifications through contractors Your skills should include excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, as well as a sound knowledge of Carpentry, Civil, Fabrication, Electrical, and HVAC processes. You should be ready to travel pan India. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in relevant field - Diploma in Interior design - Total work experience of 6 years with specific experience in interior design for at least 4 years - Project management experience of 4 years The company provides benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and performance bonuses.
